1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Easy Wedding is a marketplace platform that connects couples planning their wedding with wedding service vendors across Europe. We facilitate discovery, communication, and booking between couples and vendors. Easy Wedding does not provide wedding services directly.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Vendor Accounts

Vendors who register on the Platform agree to provide accurate business information, including business name, service descriptions, pricing, and portfolio content. Vendor profiles are subject to review and approval by Easy Wedding.

Vendors agree to:

• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide services as described in their profile
• Not misrepresent their qualifications, experience, or availability
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and insurance where required

5. Couple Accounts

Couples who register on the Platform can browse vendor profiles, send inquiries, save favorites, and communicate with vendors through the messaging system.

Couples agree to:

• Provide genuine inquiry information
• Communicate respectfully with vendors
• Not use the Platform to solicit services outside of legitimate wedding planning

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Easy Wedding and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written consent.

Content you upload to the Platform (photos, descriptions, reviews) remains your property. By uploading content, you grant Easy Wedding a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Easy Wedding is a marketplace that connects couples with vendors. We are not a party to any agreement between couples and vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vendor services, nor the accuracy of vendor profiles or reviews.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Wedding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
