Dolce Vita Cakes has been crafting edible works of art for Roman weddings since 2010. Founded by pastry chef Giulia Moretti, who trained at the prestigious Cordon Bleu, our atelier combines Italian pastry traditions with contemporary cake artistry. Every wedding cake is a bespoke creation, designed in close collaboration with our couples and often inspired by their venue, flowers, or personal story.
